As a professional landscaper, I was duly impressed by the significant reduction in my billing problems by using Obex. The natural results were that I had extra daily and weekly time to work more effectively with my customers. It’s been a real blessing to just follow their process for documenting and inputting my billing details and having them handle everything after that. They handle the hassle and I get paid! However, there was a time when I thought I could do better than the Obex billing process. Silly me. All of the solved problems returned. I’ll never make that mistake again. I can honestly report, to my surprise and delight, that various bothersome billing problems have disappeared since outsourcing my AP/AR to Obex. Things such as not having accounting expertise, needing to hire a part time to full time employee to manage billing, or neglecting or missing recording and documenting customer work as well as not documenting delivered materials. And what about sending out bills late from time to time? That to, was part of what we accepted as "normal" practice - and it was all wrong. We now see marked improvement specifically more accurate billing, timely billing, higher response and payment rates, and less headache after hours or on weekends.
